Should I see a psychologist?

I would answer with a question: How fulfilling is your life right now?

You see, we are battling against a world that seems to suck meaning out of our lives, and erodes our deepest values. And yes, this can lead to anxiety and depression, but the majority of people use words like “busy”, “overwhelmed”, and “worried” to describe themselves . We’ve lost sight of the most important things in life.

Ask yourself: What kind of person am I? What do I stand for? How can I benefit society?

As Mark Twain put it: “The two most important days in your life are: The day you were born and the day you discover why”.

Psychology looks at the way we think, feel, and behave. It impacts on us all. And it may take only one session to gain some valuable insight into your life and to start making significant changes.

As the airlines say – “First put your own oxygen mask on… breathe… and then start to help others”.
